NOTICE: By continuing to use, access, or engage with this babysitting service platform, you are legally agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement serves as a binding contract between the user (parent/guardian) and the independent sitter provided through the platform. All sitters operate independently and are not employees, representatives, or agents of any company or organization. Services are provided on a voluntary basis, and while we strive for professionalism, care, and reliability, the platform assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, dissatisfaction, delays, cancellations, property damage, or outcomes of any service. Preferred compensation is $20.00 USD per hour, though final payment terms are established by mutual agreement prior to the appointment. Full payment is required within 24 hours following the completion of services. Failure to submit timely payment may result in loss of access to future bookings or removal from the platform. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued at the sole discretion of the sitter or platform in rare, approved cases. Sitters reserve the right to decline any job that is unsafe, unclear, or uncomfortable for any reason. Users are expected to provide full and honest information about their child’s needs, health conditions, routines, emergency contacts, and any additional expectations. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conditions presented by either party will result in immediate service termination. While we allow users to leave feedback, reviews must remain respectful, accurate, and fair. False or defamatory reviews may be subject to removal or legal action. Background checks are not required for all sitters on this platform; it is the responsibility of the client to assess comfort level and trust before confirming any sitter. The platform does not verify or endorse individual users or guarantee sitter qualifications. All personal data is confidential and will not be sold, shared, or used outside the scope of service unless legally required. Continued use of this platform following changes or updates to these Terms signifies full acceptance of the current policy. If you do not agree to any portion of this agreement, discontinue use of this platform immediately.
